--enable-sjavac

I tried to use --enable-sjavac on my laptop.  I run with Linux in a VM.

configure accepted the option, but make fell over immediately because of 
insufficient resources. (My VM has 4G memory and 4 processors).  
Clearly, sjavac is a resource-hog.  It would be nice if I was told at 
configure time that my system did not have enough resources to support 
sjavac.   Separately, 4G memory not enough? That's potentially a reason 
to /never/ enable sjavac by default!
