Build Infrastructure Project Lead resignation

I am not able to actively work with the OpenJDK community, and therefore at this time, I wish to resign as Build Infrastructure Project Lead.

According to the bylaws [1], a new Project Lead can now be nominated by any Group Lead of the Sponsoring Groups [2].
