CFV: New build-infra Committer: Volker Simonis

|I hereby nominate Volker Simonis to build-infra Committer.

Volker Simonis is an OpenJDK member, member of the build and
hotspot groups, lead for the ppc-aix-port project, reviewer in
the JDK 9 project and committer in the JDK 8 Updates project. He
is needed in the build-infra project to ensure that the Hotspot
build continues to work on ppc with the build system rewrite.

Votes are due by 12:00 Monday May 18th 2015.

Only current build-infra Committers [1] are eligible to vote
on this nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying
to this mailing list.
