Vote: Abstain

To explain: there are parts of the current draft that do not sit well with me, but I do not see it as likely for a better revision to be proposed by the interim GB and so in the interest of keeping the community process moving I am abstaining.  The main issue I have is the appointment of non-contributors to the board, undemocratically.  It is a large hope of mine that the commentary in the Q&A regarding future growth of the board to include more active community members shall come to pass in the nearer future.
