Troubles building Caciocavallo-NG

A little late answer from me. I've thought about this problem and came
to the conclusion that the Escher part should be optional, i.e. a
separate ant target. The standard build would only build the cacio
library, which is probably most interesting anyway. I will fix that this
evening or so.
