NullPointerException on CTCGraphicsDevice.getConfigurations

Hi all!
I am testing cacio-tta 1.3 (from maven) to do GUI tests of project. There
is a code in there (I have no control over it so it can't be changed) which
uses method code: getConfigurations()[0] to get default configuration (I
think this was the purpose). That ends up with NPE in cacio.
Shouldn't getConfigurations at least return defaultConfig instead of null?
