Stand alone CodeBuilder

It is possible to write a stand alone CodeBuilder
but it would help if user Labels were supported so that
a List of CodeElements could be used.

More generally could there be a static method Instruction.of(Opcode 
opcode1)
where opcode1 size is 1.
