So it is even a different bug =(..
Looks like that comment was about using some shortcuts and options, I was talking about using "screencapture" tool in the command line and just passing or skipping the -C option, so it is easy to check how the cursor behaves during screen capture.
So I think the best next step is to report it to Apple as I suggested and get some feedback.
