I revert the change of test/jdk/java/beans/XMLDecoder by [JDK-8284161](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8284161). This also includes changing `@run main/othervm` to `@run main`. I am not sure if this is needed. All tests in test/jdk/java/beans/XMLDecoder passed with both server and zero.
