I agree. Both tests have been `@ignored` for at least 12 years.

The required characters could be available in fonts installed with an OS. I think we should look at these tests and try to enable them. The links to the font files could be dead by now, which makes it harder to reproduce the original issue as well as ensuring the test remains useful.
