RFR: JDK-8289075: Change manual tests to use PassFailJFrame test framework

Additional position setting (LEFT_HALF) and a method to obtain bounds of test instruction frame are added to PassFailJFrame to handle positioning of multiple test frames. 

These changes have been added as part of [JDK-8289075](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8289075) changes.
