Client Libraries now has an OpenJDK Wiki Page

https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/display/ClientLibs is the new group wiki page.

Although we do have a  Group page at : 
https://openjdk.java.net/groups/client-libs/
that web content only editable by Oracle employees whereas the wiki is 
editable
by ANY member of the Client Libraries group listed at 
https://openjdk.java.net/census#client-libs
Login to the wiki in the same way as you login to JBS.

I have added some basic initial content and a child page on test system 
set up based on some notes/wisdom we've been accumulating.
