sun.print.RasterPrinterJob change request

Hello Everybody
I think there is a bug in sun.print.RasterPrinterJob, namely in
banded-raster printing loop of
"printPage" method.
The way to reproduce this bug is described here

this bug is seen only when real printer device is set as default (not PDF
printer !!!!!!). Device must have nonzero PHYSICALOFFSETX and
PHYSICALOFFSETY devicecaps.
I would like to propose bug-fix. What I have to do  ?
