The method `getMenuShortcutKeyMaskEx` has been introduced in JDK10

Isn't it a per application choice, even if OS stock applications use some
default, it's pretty standard to use xcv letters regardless of the OS.
Possibly you could be interested by other letters like z (undo) or y
(redo), but again it seems like an app choice in the end.
