RFR: JDK-8328012 : Convert java/awt/im/8148984/bug8148984.java applet test to main

The following InputMethod test, bug8148984.java is converted to main using PassFailJFrame.

- test intruction updated to make to more clear
- test renamed to PinyinIMCommaTest
- moved one directory above - /java/awt/im/
- html file deleted.
