The latest version has `= MIT LICENSE` instead of `The GIFLIB distribution is Copyright (c) 1997  Eric S. Raymond` in this line [here](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/blob/8d0c538b860abca6dd9047a506234933ea90b32b/src/java.desktop/share/native/libsplashscreen/giflib/COPYING#L1C1-L1C63). Can you please recheck once. I have verified with latest GIFlib version.
