Created a new bug to handle contentOpaque and tabsOpaque properties for Aqua LAF [JDK-8331619](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8331619).

For wrap Layout issue in Aqua there exists a bug [JDK-8144124](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8144124).

@prsadhuk Please re-review this PR, there are few changes after you reviewed last.
