Aqua Default Button Repaints

The user doesn’t notice any repaints; that’s why it’s unnecessary.

You can tell it's repainting constantly only because the background is 
constantly changing for the default button.

I saw Wikipedia <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aqua_(user_interface)> 
mention:
