RFR: 8344894: Obsolete reference to checking permissions in java.awt.Composite

The spec. for java.awt.Composite decsribing permissions should have been updated in the JEP 486 integration but was missed.
Fixing that here. CSR needed of course : https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8344900
