That line was mistakenly added in the previous giflib update and is copied directly from the giflib 5.2.2 README file. The line mentions other authors but if those authors aren’t explicitly stated there’s nothing we can do. The line itself should be removed because it isn’t precise and shouldn’t be part of the list of authors section of the attribution.
