Flagging JDK-4851378 as duplicate of JDK-8176501

Hi Jeremy,

I read both JDK-4851378 and JDK-8176501, they indeed seem to be 
duplicate of each other.

Just close JDK-4851378 as Duplicate and add duplicates link to 
JDK-8176501, you may add a comment explaining why they're duplicate. 
JDK-4851378 contains a test case, you may want to attach a screenshot 
which demonstrates what's painted before and after JDK-8176501 is fixed.
