Yes, all the system shortcuts should be disabled. This is documented in [macOS-specific system set up notes](https://wiki.openjdk.org/display/ClientLibs/Automated+client+GUI+testing+system+set+up+requirements#AutomatedclientGUItestingsystemsetuprequirements-macOS-SpecificSystemsetupnotes).
