If the current failure on Windows is similar to the failures on Linux, add Windows to the existing bug, [JDK-8357360]([JDK-8357360](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8357360)). If you think it's different enough from the failure on Linux, submit a new bug.
