Most of the time, but not always, there are several CI failure reports on X11, but they don't happen as frequently as they do on XWayland.

This delay does not help the test fail less frequently:

Whether it's 1000 ms or 500 ms doesn't change anything for the test; it can still fail intermittently.

It is a real issue that can easily be reproduced on XWayland, [JBS comment](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8257529?focusedId=14842868&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-14842868):
