8348299: Update List/ItemEventTest/ItemEventTest.java

Use thread-safe StringBuffer to track selecting/deselecting items.
Use auto waitForIdle for all events.
Log handleEvent and ItemListener.
Take screenshot of the list on failure;
Optionally take screenshot after each mouse press+release.
