[jdk25] RFR: 8358697: TextLayout/MyanmarTextTest.java passes if no Myanmar font is found

Hi all,

This pull request contains a backport of commit [bcad87ea](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/commit/bcad87eacbd7fbfd3254479b7e061bab34e64aec) from the [openjdk/jdk](https://git.openjdk.org/jdk) repository.
