RFR: 8346683: Problem list automated tests that fail on macOS15

We've not been doing regular automated testing on macoS 15.4 and it is well over-due.

Extensive testing (all tests run 100 times) reports 3 tests that always fail on macOS 15.4 that we should problem list to enable it.
