I guess the testing should not be about mnemonics which does pass in macos as can be seen in [this comment](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/27371#discussion_r2373050146) but rather `mnemonicsAt` which is tabbed pane specific and I dont know if we have any precedent of this support in native app
