No, you have to issue the [`/integrate` command](https://wiki.openjdk.org/spaces/SKARA/pages/56524908/Pull+Request+Commands#PullRequestCommands-/integrate).

Then a [*Committer*](https://openjdk.org/bylaws#committer) will use the [`/sponsor` command](https://wiki.openjdk.org/spaces/SKARA/pages/56524908/Pull+Request+Commands#PullRequestCommands-/sponsor) to integrate the changeset. I'll happily sponsor once the test job finishes. I'll also allow some time for Phil to approve this PR.
