CFV: New Code Tools Committer: Abdul Muneer Kolarkunnu

Hi,

I hereby nominate Abdul Muneer Kolarkunnu (akolarkunnu) to Code ToolsCommitter.

Muneer has been working in the Quality team at Oracle for last 3 years. He has been contributing to test development and stabilization. As part of that he has been enhancing Jemmy library. He has contributed 13 changes to the Code Tools Jemmy Project by now [0].
