I hereby nominate Jaikiran Pai  to Code Tools Committer.

Jaikiran is already a Reviewer in the JDK Project [3] and writes:

 > I  have been contributing to the OpenJDK for several years now,
 > first as an external contributor and now as an Oracle employee,
 > primarily in the core-libs area. In the past few months, I have
 > started looking at the jtreg project and have been contributing
 > bug fixes and some enhancements to jtreg. I plan to continue
 > contributing to jtreg in the coming days.
