Prototype: Elvis and Other Null-Safe Operators

I've made available a prototype of Stephen Colebourne's Elvis  
proposal (based on Neal Gafter's spec), if anyone who wants to play  
around with it:

The usual caveats apply : expect bugs, misinterpretations of the  
proposal etc.  I'll be happy to look into any bug reports, especially  
if they're accompanied by a simple test case ;)
