Proposal: Collection Literals - prehash at compile time

Hi,

I'm not sure, if collection literals are now accepted for J7, but if, I 
like to share an implementation idea.

In the code base there is sun.util.PreHashMap.
Why not initialize literally defined collections at compile time?
