Properties Proposal

Hey guys,

not sure if this mailling list is still active (seems a bit sleepy
due to the archive) but maybe some of you still have a look here.

I started a discussion for properties on the forum
(http://www.java.net/forum/topic/jcp/general-jsr-discussion/properties-proposal)
and a friend told me that something quite similar was one of the
proposals of Project Coin that wasn't elected to be in Java 7. So
this could be interesting for the people who thought of introducing
properties earlier. Let's have a new try.
