Mac usage

To be clear, the build itself already works on a Mac.

The problem right now is jtreg, which thinks there is a "bin/"
directory.
Unfortunately, jtreg is not (yet) open source (we're working on it!)
so I can't
solicit contributions, but fortunately, I know the owner of jtreg
quite well ...
