No. these are not the only tests that fails due to a French local platform.
See the long thread  [8]: diff patch for jdk test on a non US platform on
the i18n-dev mailing list. Usually fixing the default locale to Locale.US
fixes the problem but some people were arguing this king of fix would fail
in a multi jvm context where I am not able to answer if it true or not.
