CFV: New Compiler Group Member: Joel Borggrén-Franck

I hereby nominate Joel Borggrén-Franck to Membership in the Compiler Group.


Since joining the Langtools team at Oracle in October 2011, Joel has been working on implementing, designing, and specifying parts of  the enhanced metadata feature. Joel has also been contributing code to JSR 308, Type Annotations. Joel is an active contributor and Reviewer in the JDK 8 project, both for Core Reflection and javac code.

Votes are due by the end of 20 November, 2013.
