Review Request - 3 minor cleanup : JDK-8031670: remove unneeded -source option from javadoc tests

A final webrev changing ./sourceOption test to include both the positive and
negative test.  The negative test shows that the lambda feature is not 
supported
in 1.7.  The positive test shows that the supplied file correctly uses 
lambda in 1.9.
