JSR 308 has had its Final Release, so officially the EG has disbanded, 
and Mike and I are co-Maintenance Leads. I have cc'd him so he is aware 
of this thread. That said, the reflective aspects of JSR 308 - Core 
Reflection, Language Model, and Annotation Processing - were generally 
handled by Oracle.
