RFR(xs): 8164837 fix jdeprscan TestLoad and TestScan failures on Windows

Hi all,

Please review this small fix for a couple jdeprscan tests and to remove them 
from the problem list. Basically the problem was using '/' instead of 
File.separatorChar.
