RFR: 8181897: JDK 9 change to symlink handling affects SourceFile attributes

Hi,

I'd like to propose a simple fix for:
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8181897

The proposed fix is to use the original/user path for toUri():
http://cr.openjdk.java.net/~jlahoda/8181897/webrev.00/

I believe this is conceptually consistent with the JDK 8 behavior.
