Compiler bug with nested lambdas and anonymous inner classes?

Yeah, sorry I failed to make heads or tails of the bug tracker before
reporting.  I assume "Fix Version: 9" means this was fixed for JDK9 (alone),
although that's somewhat unhelpful for people stuck on 8.
