RFR: JDK-8203926: Problem list test/langtools/tools/javac/importscope/T8193717.java

Hi,

The test/langtools/tools/javac/importscope/T8193717.java test created a 
test source code with a lot of imports (500.000), and it runs out of 
memory on some machines/systems. It is not clear if this can be resolved 
quickly while the test would still verify the original patch is working, 
so I'd like to problem list the test:
