I noticed that a couple of files where missing copyright headers, when I tried to update those. I did some code archaeology and found out which year they were created, and added a copyright header.

Just to be reasonably sure that I did not affect any tests, I have let this go through the GHA and our internal CI testing tier1-3. The failed GHA test is `SuperWaitTest`, which I did not modify.
