RFR: JDK-8298405: Support Markdown in Documentation Comments [v35]

Jonathan Gibbons has updated the pull request incrementally with three additional commits since the last revision:

 - fix handling of `@' in a Markdown comment
 - improve comments for some LineKind members
 - update LineKind members and test
