RFR: 8375775: JDK 26 RDP2 L10n resource files update

Open l10n drop. Files have been updated with translated versions.

There are no new changes from RDP1 to RDP2. The changes here are updates from the translation team regarding our suggested fixes from review comments in the RDP1 drop.
