About JCK access request

Hi

Is the process of registering "OpenJDK access to the JCK" still submitting the application form to 'oracle-ca_us at oracle.com' by email? or anything changed? https://openjdk.java.net/groups/conformance/JckAccess/JckAccessRequest.html. I sent out a request one month ago but no reponse by far.
