CFV: New Conformance Group Member: Dmitry Bessonov

I hereby nominate Dmitry Bessonov to Membership in the Conformance
Group.

Dmitry has been working on conformance test development and various Technology
Compatibility Kits (TCKs) for more than 15 years. This has included watching
over general TCK requests, incorporating feedback and suggestions, and working
on the quality of Technology Specifications and Reference Implementations. He
has additionally contributed to OpenJDK's JT Harness, the test framework
underlying TCKs/JCK and jtreg.
