How to contribute - webrev question

Much thanks, Martin, to rub my eyes.

I'm successive with Cygwin to run awk scripts on Windows, but there is 
no library for ksh (Kern Shell) :-(
MKS should be part of "Windows Services for UNIX", see

Die /MKS Korn shell/ ist eine weitere kommerzielle ksh-Implementierung. 
Sie ist Bestandteil von Microsofts

But maybe nobody has ever tried to run webrev under MKS.
