The new jaxws source drop bundle is called:
  jdk7-jaxws2_2_4-b01-2011_04_08.zip

So if you have your own ALT_DROPS_DIR cache, you need to add this file:
   http://download.java.net/glassfish/components/jax-ws/openjdk/jdk7/jdk7-jaxws2_2_4-b01-2011_04_08.zip
